This historic waterfront property built in 1903, sits right on Lake Champlain and is full of charm. Expansive porches offer lake views, perfect for slow mornings and evening gatherings. With multiple bedrooms and kitchens, plus lake access for swimming, simply relaxing by the water or cycling, the Lake House serves as a great wedding venue location.
Shore Acres, North Hero
Lakefront Dining and Boat Access
Shore Acres Inn & Restaurant brings together beautiful lakefront views, memorable dining, and comfortable accommodations in a setting designed for gathering. With an on-site boat launch, guests can arrive by land or water. The restaurant and Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar offer a welcoming space for intimate events of up to 75 guests. For larger occasions, the scenic lakeside lawn hosts up to 150 guests under an elegant tent, creating an easygoing yet unforgettable backdrop by the water.
